Refund Policy

We want you to love your Stem & Grove Vitality Oil. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery. For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used body-care products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

To be eligible, your item must be in its original condition and packaging. To start a return, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and we'll guide you through the next steps. Please don't send items back before contacting us.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where an item was damaged, defective, or sent in error. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received an approved refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or card provider first, as processing times vary. If you still need help, reach out via our Contact page.
